Shamanic Womancraft Practitioner

Former School Captain of Loreto College, Normanhurst and University Scholarship winner, Zoe is no stranger to ‘over achievement’ having spent much of her life pursuing external success - achieving countless awards, credentials and accolades.

She graced our stage & screens in productions such as Mcleod’s Daughters, The Reef, Gladiators, Book of Revelation, MTV Australia, Escape with ET, RA, Qantas in Flight, NRL Footy Show, Orange Roughies, Sportscafe… and more.

Having spoken quite publicly about her history with addiction, Zoe committed over 15 years to a wellness journey that expanded her career to mentor young girls and women, globally.

She’s passionate about guiding women to regulate their nervous systems, re-claim their rites of passage, re-attune to the cycles, re-member their innate sovereignty, decolonise their psyche, become a healer in their own home, embrace the career that is motherhood, soften into their bodies and curate an entrepreneurial life style inspired by their spirit.

Since embarking on her awakening pathway, Zoe co-founded and co-created Birth Time (@BirthTimeWorld), an internationally acclaimed, multi award-winning documentary & movement - helping women emerge from their births physically well and emotionally safe.
